This effort will be primarily for execution of sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) type projects that are non-complex, are minor in nature and/or for maintenance and repair with minimal design. Most projects will be under $500K, but the contractor will have the capability to accomplish construction projects up to $1M. Bonds will be required for each individual task order over $35,000. The Contractor will furnish all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to complete the requirements of each Task Order. Projects will vary by type, scope and complexity, requiring the use of various and multiple building trades and related technical services. A site visit is scheduled for this solicitation/seed project, please read FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alternate I as it includes important information that must be submitted prior to the site visit in order to access the base.
