Questions have been recieved and will be posted once completed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The 97th Contracting Flight, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Custodial Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 7 October 2020 at 1500 CST (3:00PM CST). The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, management and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at Altus AFB. Services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all facility, restroom and periodic cleaning tasks in order to meet the requirements of this PWS and the Service Summary (SS). This requirement will begin on 01 March 2021 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720. The proposed solicitation will be competed amongst 8(a) contractors. This is a Competitive Best Value Tradeoff conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, 13, and 16, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS). Award will be made based on the Best Value, meaning the Government seeks to award to an offeror who provides the greatest confidence that they will meet the Government’s requirements affordably. The Best Value technique chosen for this acquisition will be Subjective Tradeoff, where technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
