In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The 97 Contracting Flight, Altus AFB, OK hereby publicizes its notification of issuance of Request for Standard Form 330 under FA441920ALTUSAFB to solicit proposals for an Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Contract for the Planning Charrette for Bldg 87. A site visit will be accomplished for this effort on the 22nd of April 2020 at 1400, and proposals will be due 27 April 2020 at 1200. Please contact Michael Sherlock and Stacey Hall for base access. See attached SOW for project details. All intended offerors must submit via email their interest in submitting for this requirement, as we will be utilizing DoD SAFE for submission of all relevant proposal documents. All contractors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. In addition, all contractors must be registered under NAICS 541330 – Engineering Services, size standard $16.5M. All Firms will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 36.602-1 (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance. The Government will review performance over the last three years utilizing CPARS. Firms with no past performance will be rated Satisfactory. (5) Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project. ***Amendment 01*** The Amendment is to incorporate a Revised Statement of Work - Estimated Construction Cost.
