The 97 Contracting Flight, Altus AFB, OK hereby publicizes its notification of issuance of Request for Standard Form 330 under FA4419-ALTUSAFB to solicit proposals for the Multiple Award Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Contract (FY20AE) Program for Altus AFB, OK and Sheppard AFB, TX and its associated surrounding areas (See Request for Qualifications for complete list). The Air Force intends to award a minimum of two (2) contracts (one large business and one small business). The FY20AE is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a wide variety of professional and non-professional A-E support services affecting real property. Performance of A-E support services will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. Description of the work will be identified in each individual task order. The procurement estimated value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is $20M over a five year ordering period. Project task orders may range between $2,500 and $1.8M. All contractors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award.
