The due date for quote submissions remains unchanged. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to include another version of the Combo document. There have been instances to where the PDF form cannot be opened. There is no changes to the document, it is just saved in a different format to allow any interested party to open it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Oil Dispensing Carts at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 28 June 2022 at 1300 CST (1:00PM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333996. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have an Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
