The 97th Contracting Flight, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Cylinder Lease and Gas Content Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 17 June 2022 at 1:00 PM CST. The purpose of this contract is for the lease of 120 multiple type 100+ cu. ft. compressed gas cylinders and one 20+ cu. ft. cylinder to be filled with the appropriate gases, the delivery of the bottles to Altus AFB, OK, and the exchange of empty cylinders with appropriately filled gas cylinders. The Contractor shall provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the leasing, delivery, filling, and exchange of compressed gas cylinders in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This requirement will begin on 15 September 2022 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four (4) 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120. The proposed solicitation will be competed as unrestricted, full and open solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
