This amendment adds Solicitation Questions and Answers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This contract is for non-personal services to the Government to perform Natural Gas Leak Detection Surveys. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and personnel necessary to perform a Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey on 146,760 linear feet (LF) of natural gas distribution system lines on the grounds of the Commercial/Industrial areas of Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall identify, report and record all leak locations on the required report. The survey shall be in accordance with the latest United States Department of Transportation Guidance Manual for Operators of Small Natural Gas Systems and comply with Federal, State and local regulations for leak detection surveys and reporting services. IAW Statement of Work.
