Altus AFB Fire Department needs the following items tested IAW NFPA 1911, NFPA 1932, NFPA 1962, and AFI 32-2001 to meet mission requirements. Provide digital and hard copy of all test results. 1. Fire hose apx 10,630 feet 2. Ground ladders apx 293 feet 3. Nozzles 59 each 4. Appliances 50 each 5. Truck systems 14 6. Hard suction 10 sections 7. 4 pump tests. The contractor will provide the 97 CES/CEF all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective clothing and equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary to travel to Altus AFB, OK to perform the NFPA Testing outlined below. a. Perform hose testing IAW NFPA 1962 – Standard on Fire Hose. b. Unload all hose to be tested. c. Perform a visual inspection of each hose to identify any physical damage. d. Perform a hydrostatic pressure test. e. Perform a hydrostatic pressure test on all nozzles and appliances IAW NFPA 1962 during this time as well. f. Ensure that all hose which fails any part of the inspection is marked and removed from service. g. Mark both ends of each section of hose with stencils provided by 97 CES/CEF and black spray paint provided by the contractor. h. Reload all hose to department specifications with the exception of “hotel packs”. i. Perform ground ladder testing IAW NFPA 1932—Standard on Ground Ladders. j. Perform vehicle mounted equipment testing on all pumps and pump systems IAW NFPA 1911. k. Provide both digital and hard copy of all test results within 10 days of completion to include: Date of test, service test pressures, hose diameter, length, type, identification number, location (which apparatus the equipment is assigned to) and pass/fail for each piece of hose, nozzle, appliance or ground ladder as required per NFPA 1962 and 1932. l. Provide both digital and hard copy of all test results within 10 days of completion to include: Date of test and all pertinent information as required by NFPA 1911 for vehicle mounted equipment.
