(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA441824Q0028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This RFQ provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 22 May 2024. (iv) This acquisition is restricted for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 335311 with a 500 employee size standard. (v) A list of line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure is provided in the table below: Item Description - Eaton/Cooper Single Phase 100 KVA Pad-Mount Transformer Part Number: RB2A42072Y7AS00 See attached salient characteristics Qty - 2 U/I - EA Unit Price Total Price (vi) Eaton/Cooper Single Phase 100 KVA Pad-Mount Transformer designed for housing applications with a grounded Y input high voltage circuit of 7200/12470V, providing a four-wire wye configuration at 120/240V for residential loads (Part Number: RB2A42072Y7AS00). (vii) Delivery will be made no later than 120 days after receipt of award. The Delivery FoB point is JB CHS-AB South Carolina. The vendor agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the quote. All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered for award. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award. Price: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor.
