The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform semi-annual preventative maintenance and repairs on the Giant Voice Mass Notification System at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (Air Base and Naval Weapons Station). Services include two scheduled inspections per year and on-demand service calls with parts and labor. The contractor must use SiRcom-certified technicians, maintain active SiRcom VAR status, and have expertise with Motorola APX 8500 radios and GTR 8000 repeaters.
