The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance and repairs on the Giant Voice Mass Notification System at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (Air Base and Naval Weapons Station). Services include two scheduled inspections per year and on-demand service calls with parts and labor. Technicians must be SiRcom-certified, hold active SiRcom VAR status, and be capable of programming Motorola APX 8500 radios and GTR 8000 repeaters. Personnel must possess a valid U.S. security clearance of Tier 1, Tier 3, or Tier 5. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 26, 2026, with attendance requiring prior submission of a Base Access Form and Real ID by May 20, 2026.
