Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The contractor must provide two 15-minute P-51 warbird aerobatic flight demonstrations at the 2026 Charleston Airshow at Joint Base Charleston, SC. The demonstrations are scheduled for May 2, 2026, and May 3, 2026. The work includes all labor, materials, and travel to and from the base. Performance must comply with the attached Statement of Work. A full review of all solicitation attachments is required for a compliant proposal.
