Incorporate Attachment 4-Questions and Answers All other solicitation requirements, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SUMMARY OF CHANGES: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change the following: The Period of Performance was amended to include an additional +1 Day . PoP end date is now 21 JAN 2025. The Performance Work Statement was amended to increase the individual rooms requirement for Palau from 21 to 32 rooms between the dates of 15 JAN 2025 - 21 JAN 2025. Questions in response to this RFQ are now due 12 DEC 2025. Quotes in response to this RFQ are now due 16 DEC 2025. All other solicitation requirements, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included inthis notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. II.The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA441826Q0004 shall be used to reference anywritten quote provided under this RFQ. III.The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06; Effective 10/01/2025. IV.This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NorthAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) for this requirement is 721110. V.The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is to purchase the service and supplies required to meet the Performance Work Statement.
