Intent to Increase Capacity of JBLG FEM IDIQ
The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC, is conducting market research on a planned modification to increase the existing Facility Enhancement & Maintenance (FEM) IDIQ ceiling by $2,000,000, from $16,500,000 to $18,500,000, with intent to sole-source bridge the increase to incumbent contractors K&K Industries and RAAD Construction Group unless another capable firm can meet the immediate requirement without unacceptable delays or substantial duplication of costs. The work includes surface preparation and painting, comprehensive flooring replacement, and minor structural repairs at Joint Base Lindsey Graham. The current ordering period expires on 30 November 2026, and a fully competitive follow-on IDIQ is being developed for award prior to 2027. Interested firms may submit a capability statement of up to 5 pages covering company profile, socioeconomic status, teaming/joint ventures, bonding capacity, relevant past performance, and mobilization/security readiness. The Government states this is only market research and not an RFP, IFB, or RFQ, and no solicitation is currently available.
