The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes to Repair Maintenance Dock B578 and Repair IMC Pavements Area F, at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. This project is to repair a +/- 27,100 SF aircraft maintenance dock building to include replace air handler unit, chilled water supply/return pumps. Replace chiller and packaged terminal A/C units. Replace domestic hot water heater. Replace faulty 400 HZ wiring and converter. Repaint hangar floor, and CMU walls, update bathrooms and fixtures, update office floor and fixtures. Assess and repair, as necessary, the existing fire suppression system to comply with TAB 1 Sundown Policy Foam Fire Suppression System. This project also includes the replacement of existing asphalt and concrete pavements with a new concrete pavement section, new pavement markings, and incidental work. The anticipated performance time is 398 calendar days. The breakdown of this time is 60 days for submittals, 308 days for construction to include weather days and 30 days for closeout documentation.
