Incorporate Attachment 5, Questions and Answers. Incorporate Attachment 6, Images. Incorporate Attachment 7, Test Reports and AHP ASME. Incorporate Attachment 8, NPTU VARF Form 5521. Schedule a site visit for 5 March 2025 at 0930 EST. Vendors will meet at the Red Bank Club parking lot; Address: 2316 Red Bank Rd., Goose Creek, SC 29445. Vendors who wish to attend the site visit MUST complete NPTU VARF Form 5521 and return by 27 Feb 2025 at 1400 EST. Vendors must fill out the “From” box (i.e. company contact information), and then fill out the table with individuals who plan to join us next week. If vendors have personnel they might have attend, but aren’t sure, still include them on the 5521. Vendors who do not provided the required data/form will not be permitted to join the site visit. Please register by providing full name and telephone number for each attendee and NPTU VARF Form 5521 to Loryn Heckathorn at loryn.heckathorn@us.af.mil. Max attendees two (2) per vendor. A few notes regarding the site visit: All visitors are required to view a radiological controls and safety briefing video before entering the site. This video takes about 30 minutes. No personal electronic devices (phones, smartwatches, pedometers, cameras) are allowed at NPTU. These devices can be left in a car in the parking lot. If additional pictures are necessary beyond what’s already been provided via this amendment, that can be arranged by NPTU staff. Visiting contractors will be escorted 100% of the time by NPTU personnel. _____________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA441825Q0007 and shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03; Effective 01/17/2025. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541350 with a size standard of $11,500,000.00. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the inspection of Air Receivers in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW).
