The government is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base Charleston (JBC) in a manner to promote growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. See attachment for more detailed description of requirement. This requirement includes a wide variety of terrain involved that a site visit is critical for a comprehensive understanding of the requirement in order to determine manning and equipment necessary for accurate proposal submissions, therefore the site visit on November 7th and 8th are mandetory in order for an offer to be considered responsive.
