Special arrangements will be required to gain access to Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. Government transportation will be provided to transport attendees to the project site after the presentation at the Naval Weapons station Visitor's Center. Attendees will need a visitor's pass to access Joint Base Charleston. Attendees must bring a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Some delays should be anticipated. Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Welcome Center parking lot. The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 25 May 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. Remarks and explanations provided at the conference shall NOT alter the terms of the solicitation and statement of work. Unless the solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged.
