Amendment 0004 is to publish the revised Section B CLINS. CLINS 3 through 7 have been changed to Estimated Quantities (Est Qty). Also, a question was asked to clarify the answer provided about the abatement cost in CLIN 0007. Below is the question and the answer. Q: In response to our question #62 we understand that Pricing for the SURVEY for the Abatement of Lead and/or Asbestos is included in CLIN 0001, however the COST for the abatement is included in CLIN 0007.... Please consider revising the RFI response to allow all contractors to carry a uniform allowance for this abatement for CLIN 0007 given the full scope required as a result of that survey cannot be accurately priced until after NTP. A: All contractors are given the same Unit of measure (5900 SF). Each contractor will provide a unit price per SF. With this data each contractor is given a Qty and Unit of measure which puts all on an even field. It will be up to the contractor to establish a price per unit. We realize the Quantity can't be established before the NTP and that is why it is estimated at 5900 SF, however, a unit price can be establish as part of your proposal. If determined that there is more than 5900 SF then the Government would prepare an addendum to add the appropriate amount over the 5900 SF and negotiate with the contractor who is awarded the contract. Amendment 0003 is to upload Questions and Answers (Q&A) sheets and associated documents, upload revised Statement of Work (SOW) Rev1 dated 09 May 2023, upload pictures taken 25 Apr 2023 during the site visit and to extend the solicitation Request for Proposals (RFP) response date to 23 May 2023 at 3:00 PM (EST).
