AMENDMENT 2: This combined synopsis solicitation is amended to add the questions and answers portion of this solicitation, site visit attendees list, and revised attachments. AMENDMENT 1: This combined synopsis solicitation is amended to reflect revised Attachement 9 price schedule. The price schedule has been revised to remove individual equipment price replaced by request fully burdened annual price, divisible by 12 months,on all PMI for all equipment. Equipment list remains for the convenience of the offerors. Please see Attachment 9 - Revision 1 for revised price schedule. The purpose of this requirement is to provide a Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) services and repair services contract. The principal place of performance is located at Joint Base Charleston (JBC), Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of this contract includes eight facilities encompassing over 291,000 square feet of interior and covered spaces including six dormitories, minor supporting structures (covered bicycle racks, pavilions), a dining facility, and a chilled water plant. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining all facilities, structures, systems, and equipment to safe and reliable operational standards with minimum disruptions to dormitory residents and dining facility patrons
