Contractors shall submit an RFQ in reference to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and bid schedule for Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) Facility Preventive Maintenance, Inspection & Repair Services. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for a US Navy training command (i.e., training facilities, warehouses, industrial areas, office areas, piers, electrical substations, electrical switch gear stations, floating barges, etc.) located primarily in a concentrated, high security waterfront complex on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Place of Performance: NPTU Charleston is located in Goose Creek, South Carolina on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Period of Performance is as follows: Base Year: 01 Oct 2023 - 30 Sep 2024 Option Year 1: 01 Oct 2024 - 30 Sep 2025 Option Year 2: 01 Oct 2025- 30 Sep 2026 Option Year 3: 01 Oct 2026 - 30 Sep 2027 Option Year 4: 01 Oct 2027 - 30 Sep 2028 Site Visit Information: Prior to submission of quotes, parties interested in responding to this RFQ are highly encouraged to attend the SITE VISIT CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR 1 May 2023 @ 0900 EST. No other Site Visit opportunities will be available. Attendees are limited to two (2) personnel per firm.
