All other solicitation information remains unchanged and in full effect. ___________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to: a) Incorporate Attachment 6 Wage Determination 1975-1091 Rev 63 into the subject solicitation, and; b) Establish the due date for submission of questions as 23 March 2023 by 1300 EST. All other solicitation information remains unchanged and in full effect. ____________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________________ COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The synopsis/solicitation reference number is FA441823Q0011 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ format is attached to this combination synopsis/solicitation and is required for the submission of quotes. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 30 December 2022. (iv) This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238290 with a size standard of $22 million. (v) Contractor shall submit a quote for Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Maintenance & Repair Services for Joint Base Charleston, SC – Air Base and Weapons Station. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract is contemplated. No other Site Visit opportunities will be available. Attendees are limited to two (2) personnel per firm. Registrants shall submit company name, contact information and name of attendees for Site Visit registration. Site visit arrangements shall be coordinated with Stephanie Woods, Contract Specialist (stephanie.woods.7@us.af.mil) no later than 16 March 2023 by Close of Business. Upon registration, Vendors will receive meeting location and itinerary information for the Site Visit.
