This is a notice of intent to award sole-source contracts to three existing HUBZone contractors to increase the capacity of a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) by $39 million, raising the total ceiling from $96 million to $135 million. The services will be performed at Joint Base Charleston, SC. This increase supports mission-essential work through the end of the period of performance on 14 May 2029. The government intends to award a follow-on MACC in 2027. This is not a request for proposals, and any response from other interested parties must demonstrate clear evidence that competition would be advantageous.
