The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and testing to accomplish repair/replacement of approximately 18,000 LF terra cotta/vitrified clay sewer mains of various sizes on Joint Base Charleston - Air Base privatized housing property. The areas include lines north of Yongue Avenue on Main Base Housing South parcel and the area of Main Base Housing North parcel. The old existing sewer mains will be removed by open trench excavation and/or pipe bursting methods. All necessary service connections will be accomplished to maintain service to the houses on the sewer mains. The solicitation has been updated to reflect the new question due date from 30 May to 18 May. Also, the Q&A form has been added to the attachments. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Questions & Answers have been added as an attachment to the Solicitation. Amendment 2 and revised attachments have been added to the Solicitation.
