Please email the Contracting Officer to state your interest in attending if applicable. The site visit is not mandatory to be considered for award. The objective of this requirement is to add one (1) new modular in-plant office structure with two interior rooms. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor to deliver and install the new modular office structure. This office will be installed at Joint Base Charleston-Air Base, South Carolina, Building 241. The dimensions of this modular in-plant office needs to be 32' W x 32' L x 8' H (4 wall partition, field brace walls to mezzanine for support) in strict accordance with the Statement of Work.
