The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision/management, coordination, and any other items and services necessary to provide Air Boss and Consultant Services, Air Show Narration Services, and Air Show Sound Services for the Joint Base Charleston Air Expo “Titans of Flight” on 9 and 10 April 2022 and Air Expo rehearsal on 8 April 2022.
