The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking the Construction of a Munitions Storage Facility at Joint Base Charleston-Air Base, South Carolina. The scope of this project consists of the demolition of an existing site and constructing a site and installing a prefabricated munitions storage facility. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes for the Construct Munitions Storage Facility, at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of this project consists of the demolition of an existing site and constructing a prefabricated munitions storage facility. The anticipated performance time is 270 Days. The breakdown of this time is 60 days for pre-construction submittals,180 days for construction to include 27 weather days, and 30 days for closeout documentation.
