The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, intends to award a contract for Custodial Services. The prospective contractor shall perform Custodial services at Joint Base Charleston, SC in accordance with standards established by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the United States Air Force, the Air Mobility Command (AMC), Joint Base Charleston, and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. The prospective contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed at Joint Base Charleston, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish restroom supplies identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The total number of facilities are 246 with an estimated 1.4 million square feet. Additionally, Joint Base Charleston has two geographically separated installations, the Air Base and the Weapon Station, which are fifteen miles apart. 3. This solicitation is a competitive 100 percent set-aside for Small Business 8(a) concerns. 4. The performance period for this service is a basic period running 1 Oct 2021 thru 30 Sep 2022 and four (4) one-year option periods. 5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size stand of $19,500,000.00. 6. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 12 March 2021 at 1:00 PM EST. 7. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. 8.
