Any contractor who wishes to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 12 May 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Notification shall be e-mailed to brandon.costa@us.af.mil. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE Code, if you are capable of meeting this requirement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment necessary to complete refurbishment and upgrade of an existing Composite Sanding Booth at Joint Base Charleston, SC. Refurbishment and upgrades are to include: Demo and Removal of the following existing equipment: • 2ea 30” tube axial recirculating fans, motors, control panel, ventilation ductwork and stacks. Existing electric hookups shall be saved for installation of new equipment. • 1ea Filter-1. Benchtron BFPS-8-4-5, Downdraft Worktable. Existing electric hookups shall be saved for installation of new equipment. Purchase and Installation of the following equipment: • 4 each 6000CFM, 230/460v/3/60, Powered Backdraft Filtration modules, central control panel and regaining ductwork. Panel shall use existing electrical hookups. • 1 each [230V/3/60Hz] 15.0HP, 5X10 Dual downdraft table with wheels, utilizing existing electrical connections. • 1 each 36”W x 84”H Straight thru air shower with metal framed HEPA filters, touch screen controller and door sweeps. New 208V 60 Hz service wiring will be run for this equipment by contractor. • All necessary assembly hardware shall be provided by contractor, including all required bolts, nuts and caulking for a complete mechanical assembly.
