The new domain in the Beta.SAM environment is scheduled to be implemented on 12 Nov 2019. The solicitation is projected to be posted the week of 12 Nov 2019. However, please see the information below regarding an anticipated site visit. We anticipate holding a pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for 19 Nov 2019 at 9:00 AM EST. All attendees shall meet NLT 8:45 AM EST at the Redbank Club parking lot, 2316 Redbank Road, Bldg 942, Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC 29445 to board Government transportation to the conference location, Bldg 5. Offerors are encouraged to attend and are requested to contact Brian Hawk, Contract Specialist, brian.hawk@us.af.mil or (843) 963-5165 NLT 15 Nov 2019 if you plan to attend. Special arrangements will be required to gain access to Joint Base Charleston, SC. Government transportation will be provided to transport attendees to the project site after the presentation at Bldg 5. Attendees will not have to obtain a visitor's pass to access the Redbank Club parking lot. However, ensure attendees have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance available. Some delays should be anticipated. Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Redbank Club parking lot. The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Offerors are requested to prepare all questions in writing prior to the scheduled date of the conference. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 21 Nov 2019 at 12:00 PM EST.
