The 628th Contracting Squadron is soliciting a 100% HUB-Zone set-aside for a Single Award Ground Maintenance Services contract. The contract will be a single award IDC Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract that shall award individual task orders for annual services as well as individual projects. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and general conditions to accomplish the work required for each individual task orders IAW with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be performed across the five geographically separate locations that comprise Joint Base Charleston, SC: • Naval Weapons Station - Goose Creek, SC • Charleston Air Force Base - North Charleston, SC • Sullivan's Island, SC • Short Stay Recreation Area • Moncks Corner, SC The 628th Contracting Squadron shall conduct a pre-proposal conference and site visit at JB Charleston at 9:00 A.M. (EST) on Wednesday, 16 Oct 2019. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this conference. All contractors MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database or their proposal MAY NOT be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the SAM database at the website https://www.sam.gov. Requests for clarification.
