The scope of this project consists of furnishing Architect-Engineer (A/E) Title II Construction Inspection (CI) and Quality Assurance (QA) services for the completion of the Joint Base Charleston Airfield Parking Ramp, Phase 1. The A/E Title II CI/QA shall review plans and specifications, as developed by the design A&E, to include standards applicable to such construction and ensure the construction contractor's full compliance throughout the construction process. The CA and CI will oversee the mill and overlay of 15 parking spots. The project also includes new pavement striping, joint, reseal, and Portland cement concrete repairs and incidental related work.
