The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, training, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform Giant Voice Services for Hurlburt Field, FL. Maintenance services include servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacement of parts, removal, and installation. Also, return to operation all equipment and systems requiring service to provide continuous and reliable Giant Voice communications to Hurlburt Field’s command and control agencies. Contractor provided services shall also include continuous and reliable operation of a Whelen/CentrAlert siren system, equipment and associated sites. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications, and AFI 17-210, Radio Management.
