The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure training vehicles are provided to the 371 Special Operations Combat Training Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor shall provide all vehicles specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The vehicles provided will be used in classes which provide trainees with realistic, hands-on experience. The class is comprised of 100% hands-on exercises consisting of obstacle courses, tactical contact and non-contact exercises and vehicle ramming drills that shall stress universal driving techniques to negotiate various traffic situations or recover from a hostile or terrorist environment. This three (3) to five (5) day class shall explore the methods, means, and mindset that shall enable the trainee to handle those mistakes and recover from them. The vehicles required for this effort shall be used for teaching the tactical driving class. Vehicles will sustain damage and may or may not be able to be utilized in follow- on classes.
