This is a 100% total small business set-aside for civil/structural engineering firms to provide Title I and Title II design services for new or renovated systems at Hurlburt Field, FL and other Air Force Special Operation Command facilities worldwide. A single award, multi-year IDIQ contract will be issued with a fixed ordering period of 5 years, with a guaranteed minimum of $2,500 and a total task order cap of $4,000,000. The selected firm must demonstrate capacity across all architectural and engineering disciplines, including GIS and AutoCAD capabilities, and will be evaluated on professional qualifications, specialized experience, past performance, and capacity. Special emphasis will be placed on firms located within 150 miles of Hurlburt Field AFB, FL. Submissions must be made via the PIEE Solicitation Module by the specified deadline.
