Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and proposals must be submitted in writing through the PIEE system. The acquisition is restricted to Small Business concerns only, with a size standard of 600 employees, and will be evaluated as a lowest price technically acceptable, brand name or equal procurement.
