Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate changes to Section L and Section M of the solicitation. 2. Reopen the solicitation for a period of 7 calendar days. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Give notice of protest for solicitation FA441725R0012. In accordance with FAR 33.104(2), immediately after receipt of the GAO's written notice that a protest has been filed, the agency shall give notice of the protest to all parties who appear to have a reasonable prospect of receiving award if the protest is denied. 2. Add attachment "Protest of Trogon Group Services LLC - FA441725R0012" 3. Add attachment "Exhibits - Protest of Trogon Group Services LLC - FA441725R0012" All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the Offers Due Date by 11 days from 14 April 2025 to 25 April 2025. 2. Revise the quantity for CLIN 0001 (base year) from 9 months to 10 months to correct a clerical error. Amendment 0001: A. This amendment is to change the question due date under section L of the Solicitation from 24 March 2025 to 28 March 2025. B. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Solicitation Notice: The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron is soliciting sources for mess attendant services and other support services for two appropriated funded (APF) food operations, comprised of one primary dining facility (DFAC) and one expanded grab & go kiosk, at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The operations are entirely managed by United States Air Force personnel assigned to the 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron (1 SOFSS). Under the contract, Air Force personnel will retain all management responsibilities, functions, and oversight, as well as day-to-day decision-making authority, for both facilities’ operations. 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) and State Licensing Authority (SLA) under the Randolph Sheppard Act (20 U.S.C 107, et. Seq) is the set aside for this solicitation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is FA441725R0012. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) and the small business size standard for this procurement is 722310 with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. All responsible sources that submit a timely proposal shall be considered by the agency.
