AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: Update Attachment 1, the Statment of Work (SOW), to cleary state that Authorized Callers listed in the BPA are authorized to request services up to a value of $25,000.00. This updated removed any verbiage of there being a minimum order of $2,500. Changes were made to paragraph 1 and 1.1 in the SOW. Update Attachment 4, the Informaiton Sheet, to state the correct equipment. Update the Request for Quote (RFQ) attachment to state that the Government intends to establish a multiple award BPA. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against which to place orders for Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services for the machinery identified in the Attachment 2 – GFP Equipment List at Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The BPA max limit is $500,000.00 with an individual call limit of $25,000.00. If a BPA is awarded to your firm, a list of authorized callers, by position, will be furnished to your company from time to time and only those positions listed are authorized to place call orders. It is your responsibility to ensure only calls from authorized individuals are accepted. This agreement does not obligate the Government, only calls made from authorized callers will obligate the Government.
