Attach Questions & Answers All other terms and conditons remain unchanged ______________________________________________________________________ The attached RFQ is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to test, tear down, quote (TD&Q), and complete required and authorized repairs on one (1) RT530E-2 model Grove 30T crane, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 232826. All work shall be accomplished at the contractor’s repair facility. The contractor’s repair facility will be within a 300-mile radius of Hurlburt Field. Transportation to and from the repair facility will be performed by the 823 RED HORSE Squadron. All work shall be IAW (in accordance with) Grove specifications and all OSHA regulations. The contractor shall accomplish all tasks to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW).
