Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Hurlburt Field requires Training Course Material to outfit a formal course to train and equip operators to build their own First Person View (FPV) drones and train other partners/allies. The additional mobile workstation/laptop will support the development and execution of simulation-based training. Attached is the equipment itemization list for better clarity. Specific Instructions: To be considered for technical evaluation, offerors must submit a completed Excel spreadsheet, provided as Attachment 2 - FPV Course Equipment Breakdown, to this Request for Quote. Failure to submit a completed Excel spreadsheet may result in your proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. The Government reserves the right to reject proposals that are incomplete, improperly formatted, or contain inaccurate or misleading information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 150 Employees. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. *This acquisition is solicited as Brand Name or Equal and is restricted to 100% Small Business Set Aside only. CLIN price(s) shall include all delivery costs to: Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 (exact location provided at award) Offeror must have active SAM registration at time of quote submission and award. Offeror shall quote on all items in order to be considered for award. Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination. Award shall be based on All or None, Technically Acceptable item, to the Government. It is the responsibility of each contractor to ensure that their respective quote has been received by the Government POC’s identified above. Offeror shall provide specifications along with their quote to be considered for award. When reaching out, please include both Point of Contacts on the correspondence. Otherwise, there is a risk that your quote may not be properly received.
