Amendment 0002 (25 Aug 25): The purpose of this amendment it to update Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW). This update removes the requirement of ACS installation. Additioanlly, it expands the description of equipment in paragraph 1.3.1. Amendment 0001 (20 Aug 25): The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 3 - Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. The PSG VICADS Certification requirement was removed from the Technical Evaluation Factors of this requirement. This is a compined synopsis/solcitation for the IDS Install for the 23rd STS and Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall install a Vindicator Intrusion detection system (IDS) and Hirsch Access Control (ACS) in building #91650/room 1238, 2024, 2014, 2031, 2027, compatible with Windows 10.

The 23 STS is requestting a Honeywell-Vindicator certified contractor to provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, accessories and other items necessary to safely complete the installation of all Vindicator Intrusion detection system components to Air Force standards set forth in certification standards AFI 31-101, Security Procedures for Head Quarters 25th Air Force and related safety publications to include TIA/EIA-570, Residential Telecommunications Cabling Standards, TIA/EIA-607, Commercial Building Grounding and bonding requirements for Telecommunications, NFPA 70 National Electric Code (NEC), NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, NFPA 780, Standard for the installation of Lightning Protection Systems and the Security Forces Non-Nuclear CMD list, date 31 May 2022. The contractor shall provide all of the necessary tools and equipment to complete the upgrade. This includes any ladders, lifts, hoists, power tools, safety gear or other equipment, tools, supplies necessary to complete installation and provide necessary testing of all installed components.
