The concessionaire contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, transportation, and equipment to provide NAF Smoothie Bar Concessionaire services at the Commando (with option for expansion to Aderholt and Riptide) Fitness Centers located on Hurlburt Field, Florida. The concessionaire contractor will be responsible for any build-out requirements that they deem necessary within the space designated for the Smoothie Bar i.e. Cabinets, counter-tops etc. The only items that can be prepared on the cook top is eggs. Smoothie Bar business must be the selected vendor's core/sole business. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit up to a maximum 10 page capabilities document. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Include the following in your statement of capabilities: (a) Company Name (b) Address (c) Point of Contact (d) Telephone number (e) E-Mail Address (f) CAGE Code (g) Web Page URL (if available) and (h) Small business size certification if applicable
