Services will include administration of personnel programs to include: Automatic Records Management and Personnel Records Display Application, Military Personnel Data System, Common Access Cards, Casualty Support, Adoption, Citizenship, INTRO, Family Care Plans, Service Group Life Insurance and Family Service Group Life Insurance, and shared programs with Finance Defense Joint Military Systems, Master Military Pay Accounts, and Leave Web programs. A DD Form 254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification, is part of the requirement for access to secure systems as stated in Section 1.9.3 of Performance Work Statement.
