SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, that the market research for this acquisition will result in any guarantee of award or acquisition strategy. The Request for Information (RFI) number is FA441724R0002 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought. Hurlburt Field Air Force Base is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to provide 1 (one) full-time Clinical Psychologist, with a top secret clearance, to the 25th Intelligence Squadron. An outline of the required certification/documentation and responsibilities is provided in the attached PWS. All interested firms with 622110 as an approved NAICs code have until 26 January 2024 at 2:00 PM CST to submit the following information: - Name & Address of your Firm - Point of Contact (Name/Phone/E-mail) - Current SAM (DUNS, Cage Code, & Expiration Date) - Business Size, to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Business, and Large Business.[If an 8(a) Small Business, your firm must have an office in Region IV (GA, AL, NC, VA, TN, MS, FL, KY, SC)]. Any supporting documentation that confirms your socio-economic status should be provided, e.g., letter of certification from VA confirming SDVOSB status. The Government must be able to verify SBA certification of HubZone and 8(a) via SAM. Please Note : The Government may not give credit to your socio-economic class if there is not sufficient documentation to support it or if the Government cannot verify through other means that your business is as such. - Capabilities Package All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm’s capabilities in providing the required services. The Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
