This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial supply/service in accorance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as suplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice inforporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 238210, the size standard is $19M. Evaluatoin of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest priced technicall acceptable method. See all attachements. Description of effort: Replace Auditorium Dimmer Control System, Bldg 91029 on Hurlburt Field. This facility currently has an inoperable and unsupported Synergy Lighting Control System used to control multiple lighting configurations within its main auditorium. The requirement will call for the removal of two (2) existing control touch panels and two (2) existing one-button control switches. In addition, the existing Synergy power supply breaker box would be reomoved. The existing system will be replaced with Unison EchoTouch controls (P/N 7186A1119-5), Echo Inpire Button Stations (P/N 7186A1001-5) and all associated electrical panels and components. The EchoTouch items are considered "Brand Name or Equal". This requirement will include all equipment AND labor to install to include any electrical connections. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron (1 SOCONS), Hurlburt Field, FL is requesting information from industry to assist in finalizing the acquistion strategy for a potential requirement.
