The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, training, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform Degausser Maintenance and Repair Services for the Data Security Inc Model LM-4 serial number 6559 at Hurlburt Field, FL. The LM-4 Degausser is in a degraded state. The moving belt that transports the hard drives through the machine has rubber dividers and is disintegrating and the rubber dividers have damage and/or have been torn off completely over time. The contractor shall repair or replace the worn/broken belts and dividers. Preventative maintenance and repair services to maintain and return the equipment in good operating condition. Service shall include, but is not limited to, troubleshooting, cleaning, lubricating, factory adjustments, and/or replacement of parts as required. Replacement of parts shall be purchased by the Government on an as needed basis and shall be included in the price list for the Data Security Inc Model LM-4 Degausser serial number 6559. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The soliciation is a Total Small Buisness Set-Aside.
