Modular building must include: -restroom, open floor plan -w/minimum of 1 seperate/securable room, -HVAC, finished -interior w/electric and water. The proposed site is near Eglin Air Force Base, specifically on Range Road, which is in close proximity to Crestview. Utilities and a pad are already in place, so the building would need connection to set up blocking tie down and plumbing to the existing utilities. Hurlburt Field will disconnect the current utilities and remove the current trailer. (We are also considering options for including the skirt and stairs in the price.)
