HurlburtField, FL has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. Please plan accordingly so that you obtain your visitor passes prior to the site visit time. Please bring the following documents to be processed in the visitor center: 1. Driver's license 2. Vehicle Registration 3. Proof of Auto Insurance Please note that this is the only site visit for this solicitation. The 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, FL has a requirement for grounds maintenance at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Hurlburt Field in a manner that will promote growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. This is a follow-on requirement that will consist of a one year base period and four one year option periods. FAR clause 52.217-8 will be utilized to extend the contract if needed.

The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Grounds Maintenance Services with a base period of 14 May 2024 thru 13 May 2025 and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This notice is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.
