Extend the Proposal Due Date to 11 August 2023 at 2:00PM CST due to technical difficulties with the contract writing system. 2.) Add the Questions and Answers to Section J "List of Attachments" as Attachment 7. 3.) Add the B90145 GEOTech Report 3-31-20 to Section J "List of Attachments" per Q/A #13 as Attachment 8. 4.) Add the Table Graphics Reference Section M document to Section J "List of Attachments" per Q/A #21 as Attachment 9. 5.) Revise the past performance page count discrepancy in Section L paragraph 4.1.1 from 20 pages to 10 pages as previously stated Section L paragraph 4.0. ***13 July 2023 - "Solicitation" FA441723R0002 was removed (deleted) from SAM.gov for the purpose of uploading and to sync with the Solicitation Module in PIEE. An error within SAM.gov prevented the "Solicitation" from reposting. A "Combined Synopsis/Solicitation" FA441723R0002 is posted to SAM.gov to replace the previously deleted files. All files are uploaded, no changes have been made to the Solicitation. ** 11 July 2023 - Solicitation Amendment 002 is posted to change the Proposal Due Date from 13 July 2023 to 28 July 2023 at 2:00 pm CENTRAL. Site Visit was conducted 11 July 2023; attached Site Visit Brief provides details of the site visit and sign-in sheet. As discussed during the site visit and detailed in the attached brief, this solicitation will be down/removed from SAM.gov on Thursday 13 July for a brief period and will be reposted shortly after. This is necessary to sync the solicitation with PIEE. * 29 June 2023 - Solicitation Amendment 001 is posted to include Pre-Proposal Site Visit date and time. Site Visit will be held on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at 9:00 am local. Meeting place will be at the worksite, Bldg 90145 Hurlburt Field. FL. Please see attachements for SF 30 Amendment for details. Work includes minor demolition and new construction for an addition to the 8 SOS Building 90145. The addition is a one story, slab on grade with scored, split faces low and end walls matching the existing building on a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system. The building will be connected to the existing building with a canopy system with utilities being supplied through a partially conditioned canopy enclosure. The interior finishes are that of a storage type facility with sealed concrete flooring, painted masonry low and end walls, painted metal building frame and exposed PEMB insulation systems. Interior walls are moisture resistant gypsum board over metal studs. Interior renovation inside the existing building is limited to removing and replacing ceiling grid and tile to route utilities required for the addition. Sitework includes demolition of an existing covered canopy system, remodeling of the stormwater lines on the east side of the existing building, remodeling the drive and surrounding parking area on the east side of the existing building and sidewalks. Work includes new mechanical system, fire protection system including fire alarm and electrical systems, all connected or fed from the existing adjacent building.
