This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial Sources in the Open Market and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This Request for Quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns.
