Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources for the establishment of a Blanket Purcahse Agreement (BPA) to provide Chlorine and Sulfur Dioxide Cylinder Deliveries to Hurlburt Field, FL, in accordance with attached documentation.
